I did do a search first, but couldn't find what I needed...

I'm in Switzerland (where the Durango has never been officially offered). I have a 2000 Durango 4.7 SLT that I bought new from an importer.

It came with a towing bracket fitted, but no hook. As I've never needed to tow, that didn't worry me. Now that I'm selling the car, I want to maximise its appeal to potential purchasers – many of whom would probably want it as a tow car – so I want to get the hook.

Am I right in thinking this bracket is a stock factory one, as it has English text on the label?


Can anyone please tell me where I could get the missing hook (in the US or Canada, presumably)? Thanks

As I know nothing about towing, I'll check with my local garage to make sure this stuff is compatible with common Swiss towing systems.
