01 4.7l timing
I threw the valve seat on my Durango. Removed the heads and had rebuilt. I secured the timing chain with tie straps so the counldn't move. My question is: as I install as long as the number 1 cylinder is at TDC and the V8 stamps are straight up am I good to go? Or do I need to know the valve sequence at TDC to align the cams?
