definitely sounds to me like your plenum gasket is shot, and your IAC motor needs to be replaced, start with those two, there is a good thance that it will take care of the misfire codes too, the exhaust leak we will address after this is gone (get rid of the known issues will make finding the causes of the other ones easier)

Thanks for the reply. I plan on ordering a kit tomorrow, just going to go with the dorman/intake manifold gasket from Autozone. It comes with :

Intake Manifold Gasket, Throttle Body Gasket, Thermostat, 0-Ring, Intake Bolts with Thread Locker, Oil Pan Gasket. Part Number: 615-310. The guy recommended using sealant. I'm not sure which i will do yet, gasket or just sealant like he recommended.

I'm almost positive my exhaust manifolds have no gaskets. I looked at them closely and do not see any part of a gasket.

I pulled the intake off today, and it looks like some one replaced the plum gasket be for. However there was a good amount of oil inside of it. I found that 1 corner bolt must of been stripped out or not tight all the way. I could see a stain, so guess that's where the oil was sucking in at.

It took me about 5 1/2 hours, but I'm done. I'll update later with how it drives. I used high temp high pressure silicon, and I'm going to give that 24 hours be for i start it.

Update: no real big change. Still slightly sluggish and using tons of fuel. Feels like it might have a misfire, and does have check engine light on. However it does not give any codes. Reset computer by unhooking battery, and drive it more. Same thing happens, check engine light with no codes.

About to toss in the towel and send it to the scrapper.

Anyone know anything about this? I traced it back to the fuel tank.. of all things...

It was burnt into from the exhaust manifold, not sure why a hose from the fuel tank would run up beside the exhaust..Here's a image:

Stock from exhaust manifolds to cat, then its a flowmaster set up after that.

I pulled on the hose that section burnt off of, and it appears to run back to the fuel tank. (it runs over top of the tranny back to the fuel tank area). Its odd that it came up behind the engine on the drives side (near the head).

Edit: btw it was factory tapped to a hose that ran to the canister purge valve.
