99 dodge durango driver window

My driver side window won't go down all the other windows go down. does anyone have a solution for this? is it a motor or is it the relay????? help would be greatly appreciated.

widow motor could be binding but the window could be hitting on something you will need to remove door trim to inspect to see what is going on with the window.
