Default 2003 Durango 5.9

Thanks in advance for any help.

2003 116,000 miles - bad plenum - oil usage, sluggish etc

Ive read and read and can't seem to find anything related to the following question:

If the stock keg intake is upgraded to say a Mopar M1 does it eliminate the need for a plenum fix like the Hughes solution?

sorry. i naively ASSumed that since it was a general question about the 360 engine it would be ok and be more visible in the general section. thank you for the help.
