Ok so if the pcm doesn't control the no bus code how comes after it sits for about 10 minutes it will start back up (didn't do anything to it). How come it doesn't do it all the time (no problem starting in the morning).

Exactly who's truck are you talking about? Didn't notice the OP saying this was happening with his truck.

Is this happening to your truck? That also happened to my truck before replacing the PCM a second time. (I got the "NO BUS" while driving twice, not ideal) Anyway it means your PCM is on its way out, not fully there yet. With mine it would die and just removing and reinserting the wiring would correct the problem. Anyway your best to replace it if this is happening now, it will only get worse, and it will fail at the least opportunistic time!!
Looks like its part of a coil pack system. Is it the same with a distributer
The 3.9, 5.2 and 5.9 engines all have the dist and a single ignition coil. The 3.7, 4.7 and 5.7 engines all have an individual ignition coil per cylinder.
