Need Help! Shelby Durango Air Filter
Folks,
I purchased a Shelby SP360 Durango a few weeks back. I haven't driven it much yet. It has 46K miles and is in great shape.
Today as I was cleaning up the sensors on the throttle body I decided to check the air filter. In doing so I found that there is not one there!
I don't know if it fell off or was never there in the first place. Can anyone tell me what type of filter should be there for the stock setup? The air intake hose is routed to the drivers side fender and is blocked off so it is pulling in cold air. I'm guessing I can just put a conical K&N filter on?
Thanks in advance!
James

Thanks for the reply. I took it all apart and found that I needed filter with a 3 inch opening. I picked up a K&N conical filter with a 3 inch mouth and it is working pretty well so far.
