Default Several Codes popping on 2001 4.7

Codes last night:
P0031 H02S Htr Ctrl Circuit Low Bank 1 Sens 1
P0032 H02S Htr Ctrl Circuit Hi Bank 1 Sens 1
P0037 H02S Htr Ctrl Circuit Low Bank 1 Sens 1
P0132 1/1 O2S shorted to voltage
P0138 1/2 O2S shorted to voltage

Read some posts and decided to replace the power steering pressure switch tonight since I knew it was leaking anyway.
Used contact cleaner on the harness connector. O2 sensors are probably 5 months old.

Cleared codes and drove a block before the jagbag light came on.
Now the codes are:
P0031 H02S Htr Ctrl Circuit Low Bank 1 Sens 1
P0037 H02S Htr Ctrl Circuit Low Bank 1 Sens 1
P0132 1/1 O2S shorted to voltage

One post said to check for +12 at the heaters - where are the heaters?

did you clean out the connectors are the sensors? and pretty much the entire harness between the two points? if not fluid will be dripping back to the low point (oxygen sensors)

the heaters are part of the oxygen sensor, so some of the pins (two) will be heater wire on the sensor

I'm OK just using Electronics contact cleaner right?

OK so when I went under I found that the wiring had melted out of the 1/2 O2 sensor. Obvious enough - swapped it and figured that would be all good.
After clearing codes and driving a few blocks I am back to the following:
P0031 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Low Bank1 Sens1
P0037 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Low Bank1 Sens2
P0132 1/1 O2S Shorted To Voltage
P0135 1/1 O2S Heater Failure
P0138 1/2 O2S Shorted To Voltage
P0141 1/2 02 Sens Relay

There is a marking for a O2 Sensor relay but there isn't actually one installed. I have owned the truck since new and I know it hasn't been pulled recently.
If the pressure switch leak has indeed damaged my harness is that something you get at the boneyard or are ya stuck with MOPAR?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Replaced sensor 1/1 tonight since it was under warranty anyway. STill blowing codes:
p0032
p0038
p0132

Starting to look like the harness might be compromised. How big of a bitch is it to swap this and where does a guy get his hands on one?
