Default 2002 Durango Heater Fan not working HELP!

Hello All, I hope you can help me! I have replaced the Motor, Resister Card and swapped out the heater control panel with one that I know works... still NO JOY!

The fuse is good... and from what I can tell with swapping around relays in the fuse box under the hood... it's not a relay...

HELP! 3 months without a freekin heater is starting to really get old!

Check your electrical system, it sounds like you aren't getting any power to the blower motor.

you need to get a voltmeter out and figure out where you loose the voltage to the system, do you have voltave to the motor? no, what about the resistor? or the control panel? or the relays?, there has to be an open in the system somewhere you just have to find out where
