Default Looking for best fitment of tires with 3" Body Lift [35X12.50X18 or 33X12.50X20]

Doing a body lift (3" Rear Blocks and 3" Torsion Key) was wanting to do 35" tires but after reading a bunch of threads seems a 6.5" lift is needed for them which that much lift is out of the question and also not available lol. Would 33" tires on 20X9 rims with a -12 Offset fit with little or no scrubbing? Vehicle is 2003 Durango 4X4 4.7L. Thanks all

you are NOT getting 3inches of life out of the torsion bars, they are only good for 2inches of lift

in order to clear 33s with garanteed no rubbing you will need the 2inch t/s lift as well a 3 inch body lift for 5 inches of lift

Blocks don't Work!!!!! Your axle rides on top of spring. Putting in a block lowers it. Flipping the axle is where Tuff Country gets 5.5" in there lift. If its not 98-99 there are no big lifts out there in fact I think I got the last one from Tuff Country.

I wont be using the stock keys getting new ones to get 3" of lift (if thats how it works) and as the other guy said the leafs are in fact under the axle just went out and looked. How bad is it to put the leafs over the axle? and you say 2" t/s and 3" body lift what other components for a body lift are there. Thanks again

Also getting brand new leafs. What about 3" shackles and a 2" rear add-a-leaf would that give me 5" in rear? If so how would i get 5" in front?

they keys are really a waste of money, they dont actually give you any mor elift than cranking the t-bars without screwing up the suspension

I disagree since everyone says to use them on tons of forums and my buddy just lifted his H3 3 inches with aftermarket keys and shackles and he fit 35's but what do you recommend on lifting the front???

the only thing available is the t-bar lift, you do what you want, and idk about other vehicles but on THESE SPECIFIC TRUCKS the keys are no better than simply cranking the t-bars, its your money tho you do what you want with it
