I have a 98 Durango with a 5.9l and I am curious about an issue I am having with it. I put it in 4h and whenever I go to turn it and accelerate it makes a clunking sound from the wheel area. What are the potential issues it could be?

 

U joints? If you're on dry pavement I wouldnt suggest doing it at all because you substantially increase your chances of destroying your transfer case.
