Default Power chip add

Anyone else see the irony of the power chip add at the top of the screen of a forum that disclaims the functionality of said chips?
It is at the top of the screen and the adds rotate so you may all not see it.
That, or apparently there has been a break through in chip technology and we can all add 60 HP for only $49.95 Available for a limited time only.

Yeah, its funny since all chips are pretty much expensive wastes, unless you need a way over priced resistor for something.

Addon chips only provide short term power. Our PCM's are learning cpus. over time, it can readjust itself back to normal so the chip will be useless.

You need a programmer to reprogram the cpu in order for the settings to remain permanent.

Yep. Wasted money on mine back in 99. At least it hasn't caused me any problems. ;]
