Default Broken window roller

We recently had an ice storm here and my window was frozen. When I tried to roll the window down it got stuck and the plastic roller broke and the cable came off. Is there any way to fix this problem. From what I could see its not going to be easy. I checked E-bay for a new assembly that costs 67.00 plus shipping. I can actually get an entire door from the junkyard here for 60.00. Is a 2000 - 2001 door compatible with a 2002? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

check the interior panel, if it looks the same (except for color) it will work just bolt on, if the interior is different then it will work with some effort.

honestly if it were me id just replace the whole window assembly, that seems to be the popular way to go with window issues

+1. When you buy the assembly, it comes with the motor and all, if I can remember, I think there is only 2 or 4 bolts holding down the assembly to the door. Then 2 bolts to remove the glass from the assembly.

Job will take you about little over an hour if you are a first timer. Otherwise, about 15-20 minutes to replace.
