Default Brakes squealing after all pads replaced

I have a 2003 Durango SLT, 4.7L 4x4. My issue is, my brakes squeak/squeal a lot, not all of the time, but most of the time, both with the brakes applied and even when I am rolling slowly but not braking. No grinding at all, just high pitch squealing noise. All pads were replaced just a couple hundred miles ago, and it stops on a dime, no problems that way, just the noise. Any ideas what this might be and how I can eliminate this noise? Thanks

Did you lube the pads before install? Seems dumb but spoogin the backside of of the pad with grease stops that. Now for $2 at the counter since most don't buy a bottle for one job.

I had the pads installed at a shop, and was not present when the work was done, but from what you have suggested and similar things I have read on other forums, I am betting that they just put the pads on dry and did not put anything on to lube them beforehand.
