Default Left Turn Signal blinks too fast......

My left turn signal blinks faster than normal, with the exception of when I have certain (utility) trailer(s) hooked up to it, in which case it works at normal speed. But, on an every day normal driving basis, with nothing hooked up to it, the left signal goes fast like it typically would if one of the bulbs were burned out, but neither is; the front and rear lights on the left side both blink, just faster than normal. Any thoughts or ideas on a fix for this? Thanks

are both lights on the front working? There are 2 at the front and 1 at the back for each.

I did just go out and check it, and this is what I found: With the turn signal on, neither of the front lights blink or come on at all; but when I put the hazards on, both of those same bulbs work just fine. :-/

Is that the "multi-flasher" part that I have read about in another thread regarding turn signal issues? And if so, any idea where it might be located on an '03 SLT? Thanks

On my 99 it's up under the dash on the backside of the fuse panel, but it might be somewhere different on your 03

Sounds good, I'll check it out and look to replace that and see what happens, I'll follow up and let you all know if that fixes it or not, thanks!!

Yeah, but only 2 blink, the sidemarker just stays on with the parking lights, unless you switch it's negative wire with the positive from the turn signal, then it'll blink with the turn signals when the parking lights are off and blink in opposite phase of the turn signals when the parking lights are on.
