Something is getting wet, and likely shorting out. Check all the connectors on the trans.

It's the only harness on drivers side that plugs into it only right? it couldn't possibly be anything internal? The fluid looks great and is normal. But yeah this gets annoying. Gonna unplug and plug that harness back in. I would not know if it's throwing a code because the cel doesn't come on at all not even at startup

Can you plug in with a code reader??

Yes, it has the OBD2 port should I go to auto parts store and ask to have it checked? Would it read it even tho the CEL doesn't come on?

That is the question. CEL might just be a bad, or removed.... bulb. Parts store code reader should at least talk to the PCM. Worth a shot.
