And I replaced my throttle position sensor and my idle air contol so I know it has to do with my overdrive circuit plus today it tripped another code, p1765 ! I'm going nuts I don't want to take it to a tranny shop because the problem can be solved at home and I can't afford to waste any more money please help

When you start up the vehicle does the O/D off light come on or does the transmission just not go into overdrive. Also will the torque converter lock up? P1765-Trans 12 Volt Supply Relay CTRL Circ. I would PM mastertech, he is the local trans guru on here, and give him as much information as possible. It would appear your trans is not getting the proper info from the pcm, from what I don't know.

When the trans has any issues, it usually suppresses the ability to go into DO (light stays on, always). Don't assume the light/switch has an issue. Diagnose what the FSM says about other conditions that keep it out of OD.

My transmission won't go into overdrive, my light indicates that my o/d is off, my o/d button won't turn it neither on or off, it died on me today when I was going about 40mph, and then my check engine light came on P1765 I know it could possibly be related to my overdrive circuit, if someone can please post a link to where I can find the 98 dodge Durango factory service manual, it will be greatly appreciated, and can someone help me out figure out witch pin is my overdrive to the PCM maybe I can test it or ground it and figure it out from there please help fellow durango owners
