Question Idling Issue and while driving too...Pls Help

this has been happening for 5 months but progressivly getting worse and worse.. I start the truck and a huge hissing sound from front engine, ( replaced IAC 2 times now still not a fix for that ), also when i start driving i'll get to about 20-25 sometimes 30-35 then the engine doesnt die but hesitates rpms go down to 600 then i hear a POP POP POP until i let off the gas, but then if i hit the gas it starts popping again so i have to pull over shutdown restart and then its good , this issue happens when ever it wants to somedays nothing at all and others all day long , The Popping sound appears to be in front of me not below ( trans area ) or the rear. ANY IDEAS will be greatly appreciated, i have a baby due on the FEB 28th and this is not what i want to be thinking about right now

the hissing sounds like a vacuum leak to me, find it and fix it and see what happens, they can cause all sorts of weird problems

Get the trucks codes checked. My durango is doing the same thing. It wants to turn off and it idles really low. Check the throttle position sensor it runs like 30 bucks and is easy to replace its right on top of the engine..
Let me know how it goes.
