Post If anyone can help...

I have a 2000 Durango SLT+ with the 4.7. My question... Is it possible to remove my original 2000 dash and install a dash from a 2002 or 2003 model. I like the layout a lot better and would love to do this if possible. But im not sure if the bolt patterns or hvac system would align correctly. Any answer would be appreciated.

I'm interested in the answer too. I know you'd have to swap out the door panels too.

I don't think it would work, there's so many things you'd have to change, I'm not even sure the wiring between the 2 would work, such as the HVAC system hat would have to be changed, the rear wiper control on the 2001 (new style) has the ability for intermittent control, the 2000 doesn't support this in any of the wiring or the wiper motor. The rear ran control, the stereo from a 2001 uses the same 2000 wiring, the actual dash gauges and display operate on a different kind of BUS system as I understand it. There's a long list of incompatibilities that you'd be addressing in the wiring and most likely the mounting setup.
