Im looking to replace the bulb in the ashtray. Does anyone know how to remove it? thx

 

You have to remove the whole center piece.. its not as hard as it sounds...

1. Remove the black trim bezel, just pulls out...

2. Remove the bottom plastic piece under the steering wheel... 3 bolts and pulls out...

3. Open the glovebox.

4. remove the screws on the piece with the tray in it.. there is 2 at the top, 2 at the bottom near the 4x4 shifter and one or 2 on each side then it should pull out...

the bulb is a 194 IIRC the same as the cluster lights i replaced mine with a white LED when i did the cluster and HVAC lights...
