Default 2002 Durango HVAC Ducts

I live in Arizona and with summer fast approaching I need to find a solution to an issue with the Durango vents quickly!

About a year ago I tore apart the dash and removed the headliner to see why my vents had barely any airflow both front and rear. As it turns out the lovely 110+ weather we have (probably MUCH hotter in the truck) has warped all of the duct parts both in the dash and above the headliner. The ducts that are glued(?!) to the headliner have all popped off so basically the A/C is cooling my roof! In the dash all of the ducts are twisted and the connections are all separated.

I have attempted to re-glue the ducts in the headliner... worked for a while until the temps got up in the 100+ area and the glue separated again. I used simple metal brackets to reattach the vents in the dash but this only slightly improved the air flow.

I am thinking I have two options here. #1 I can find the parts needed to replace what already exists with parts that I know might fail again after a few years of nasty heat. Or #2 I can find a way to custom fabricate a solution that would hopefully last. Even though this vehicle has almost 200,000 miles on it is in excellent running condition and I love the truck! I do not want something as simple as ductwork giving me a reason to give this truck up.

If anyone has suggestions or links to others that have solved this issue please let me know! I am not opposed to ripping apart the interior to rebuild this if needed!

Thank you in advance!
