Talking The Rig Is Done... THANK YOU!!

I have to take this time to thank the people who created this forum and keep it up and running. Without the information, knowledge and help that I received from the people who know WAY more than me about my new toy, I never would have accomplished success. I adopted someone's problem child and fixed it back up. Still have some issues I need to work out, and will continue to come here for guidance. But, I just wanted to thank you guys, as I am sure you don't get thanked NEAR enough!!! THANK YOU once again!

I will do that this weekend. We just finished it up late last night. But it needed maintenance stuff. New brake system (rotors, pads, drums, shoes, wheel seals and cylinders), right front axle seal, shocks, Evap solenoid, plugs, battery, that sort of thing. I put on the Monroe Gasmatic shock... I don't like them. Might take them off and go for the Sensa-Trac. Not sure yet.

I use the Monroe Reflex on my truck. There are a few others here that run them also. I think they give the truck are pretty good ride.

Honestly, the thing needed shocks and needed more work than I bargained for when I bought it. I didn't really want a "project". So, I put on what I could afford for now. It still needs back shocks, we couldn't get them off, so since they weren't BAD, we just left them. The front ones were leaking and no way they would have passed inspection. Might have to keep that in mind and go with the reflex all the way around. I think it rides rougher with the gasmatics, honestly? The leaky ones gave a better ride.

Thought I did, still having an issue with the stupid gear shift cable, but hoping to be able to resolve that this weekend. I would really LOVE to just drive my Durango and not have to worry about anything going wrong with it!
