Default Stalling D

I have a 2002 durango 4x4 with the 4.7
My wife and bought this truck 3 weeks ago. Week 1 it ran flawless. Week 2 I went to start it and it started fine but then it died. I tried to restart and it work start but I had to give it gas to keep it running. After about 15 min it held an idle. So I took it to get a tune up and oil change that evening with no problems. Everything was fine the next few days started and ran fine. Week 3 it stalled again on my wife luckily I was in the car it rolled into a parking lot. I started it fine then it stalled. So after about 15 min it held and idle and I drove it home. Hopped on the computer and started researching the problem. I read all kinds of things it could be from the battery to idle air control valve. So I went to start it again and it started just fine. I let it sit all night and went out the next about noon to start it and it did the same thing. So after getting it started I took it to Walmart to have the battery tested and it checked out fine. Dammit. So while it was running I went to advanced auto parts and had them check the battery. Checked out fine. So I grabbed some carb cleaner , a tps even though I have no codes and came home . I checked YouTube and found a couple tutorials on how to take off and clean the throttle body so while I had it off I cleaned the idle air control valve(which was all gunned up), and replaced the tps. Got everything back together and started up fine and idles great. Went for a drive and decided to go grab and air filter because I noticed the old was pretty dirty. So I let her sit until the next day then went to start her again just to be sure and she started and ran just fine whew great. That was yesturday, today wife had an interview and didn't trust that it was fixed so I drove her. Get in the d started up fine idled at 500 wtf...back out my driveway and she stalled. So I just had to do the 2 foot shuffle so I could get her there because I didn't have time to wait 15 min. So at this point I don't know what to do. Is the idle air control valve bad, and how could I tell? Is the battery bad even though it tested okay? Please help guys my wife got the job and need to make sure she can get there everyday. Thanks

yes the battery can be bad even tho it tests good, is actually very common on these trucks

also 500 for idle is on the low side of normal for these engines

When I get going its fine. Its just the initial start. But if I don't wait that 15 min and decide to just drive off using 2 feet to keep giving it gas then yes it will will drop below 500 and stall.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I fixed the problem. It ended up being the iacv. It was stuck so I replaced with a new one and reset the computer. Huge difference it made. I can't remember who said this but what I did was took the iacv out and left it plugged in. Then I had my wife turn the key to on while I watched for movement. It didn't even budge. Well don't know if anyone cares but hopefully someone else out there with this problem will search and come across this thread. Thanks again guys.
