Odd that the Jeep fan has the s blades similar to the Flexalite fan. However, the blades looks thin and only 6 blades?

Here is what my OEM 8 blades look like. Blades are much wider. When the fan is on, I can really feel the air pressure pushing against my hand when this fan sucks air thru both A/C and radiators. Would love to find some data on the 6 blade Jeep fan and the 8 blade oem fan.

Alright so it is 93 here today and the truck stayed under 210 the entire time. I still have issues with the ac not being cold. I just went to the shop that changed the entire system, new compressor, evap cores, driers everything. They are going to check the pressures and tell me what they are so I can try to determine if it is the compressor or what. If the ac condenser is very hot, like to the point i dont want to touch that thing is that a problem?

I have the dakota digital pac-2700, but it's now be superseded by the pac-2750. It's between $115 and $120.

Is it worth it? Or would the simple $40 ones work fine? It's my daily driver and off road warrior when I want.

I figured that these controllers would be a case of "you get what you pay for", especially since it's the sole method of keeping the engine cool.

That's what I thought but at the same time it's simple internals as in on at this temp of at that temp. I've never used one just hooked up to a switch in the past

You could probably get away with a cheap one if you wired in a switch to bypass the controller in case of it failing.

I personally would go for the reputable brand instead of a cheap eBay one, bit you can probably find a cheaper decent one if you look.
