Sputtering above 40 mph
I started having a problem with my truck sputtering lately. I have noticed it seems to only do it when above 40 mph. Below 40 mph it seems to run fine, and when going up/down hills seems to be fine.
A few days ago I replaced the IAC sensor and TPS sensor on it since it was stalling and idling high. Those sensors seemed to fix everything except for the sputtering, but this morning it stalled for no reason when driving and the check engine light came on for only a second. I pulled the car over to the side of the road and it stared right back up fine.
Anyone have any ideas on the sputtering?

Honestly I suggest reading https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...g-problem.html
more specifically read hydrashocker's post.
I myself have a 5.9l and followed what he said because i was having the sputtering/stuttering problem at the 35-40 mph range and this solved my problem
My brother also owned a 5.9l durango and was complaining of this problem as well and was able to solve it with a quick spark plug and cap replacement.
