Is this a Direct Bolt in without any adjustments or something i dont know, i found front and rear axles with 3.92 gears for $300 in GA i just havto go pick them up , they have 88K on them so i think im getting a deal here and would like to know if i can just bolt them in and roll out ?

As long as your not tearing into the internals of the axles it should be a pretty easy swap. differentials are very tricky and leave very little room for error, probably the only thing that i would pay someone to do on my truck.

 

i have a 2001 dak 3.9 v6 42 trans 8 1/4 axle 3.55. i drive in town ONLY. was getting bad MPG, i drive HARD. so i thought if cant get MPG ill get power, had it changed to 4.1 POSI. my MPG went from 8-9 to 11-12 MPG. cause it started useing O.D. at 35 MPH. NOTE: IN TOWN ONLY
