Default Bad wiper switch or CTM?

My wiper switch only has the low(once every 20 seconds) med and high settings. All of the low settings only cause the wipers to activate once every 20 seconds. Is this an indicator of a bad switch or CTM? Every other function of that multi-switch works just fine.

Anyone? Am I being too impatient for a response? This place used to be pretty quick about responses. Maybe times have changed?

I'd try the switch first. It's certainly cheaper than trying the ctm anyway.

+1 i think it more than likely is the switch.. If CTM was bad one would think that other issues would be present with as much as the CTM controls.
