Default intermidiate smoke

Hi guys been awhile I have a problem with burning oil I have a 2002 Durango with a 4.7 every so often blue smoke out of the exhaust mainly at stop signs and if I sit and run for a hour or so when I accelerate blue smoke what can be the cause of this please let me know

Motor is degrading. I get puffs of blue smoke if I idle long enough as well.

Just the way it is..

Engines are going to burn some oil as they get older and parts start to wear, it's nothing unusual really. Just keep an eye on the oil level every so often.
