Default Got Some Mudflaps

Haven't seen too much mention of mudflaps, so I figured I'd share this since I just got some.

I got tired of rocks, mud, and other crap getting flung up by my tires and either getting stuck up around the frame or sandblasting the bottom of my bumper, so I got some mudflaps. I looked at Mopar ones, but decided I didn't want them because they're rigid plastic and would just get caught on something and torn off, so I got some universal flexible ones off of amazon for $15 and installed them. I mounted them using the little body clips/pins that hold the fender liner to the bumper, so I didn't have to screw them to the bumper or anything. I did put a small screw through the one edge of the mudflap and into the fender liner to hold it still. They seem really secure this way.

This was the packaging from the mud flaps.

Yeah, if I had the molded ones I'd end up breaking them off. That's why I went with the flexible ones, so when I run over stuff they won't get broken.

Yeah I ordered another pair for the front too. I had thought I got them on amazon, but it was actually ebay. Here's the link.

I got my front mudflaps installed today. The oil on the ground is from me putting oil on the seam of the fender.

I've actually been looking for some Ram's head or Durango decals to put on them. I looked for the Ram's head ones, but all of the ones that weren't made for a specific vehicle were either molded or had Ram written on them.

I was thinking about these, but still looking for others before I buy anything.

I have had these on my bucket list for awhile.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Red-RAM-Head-Dodge-Logo-Splash-Guards-Mud-Flaps-2-pc-Fits-Most-Vehicles-/141067905676?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20d84d6a8c&vxp=mtr

I saw those, but they're only 9 inches wide, so they wouldn't cover the whole width of the tires, plus they were twice as much as I paid. They do look really nice though.
