Default stalling problem

Need some help/advice here guys. I drive a 01 Durango 4.7 AWD with 239,xxx mi. I've had it about 2 years now, and it's driven great until mid summer this year. The problem is that while diving, it would run rough and eventually stall out and threw a couple codes (p0320 & p0725). So I replaced both the cam sensor and the crank sensor. Shortly after that my alternator needed replaced as well. I do believe the issues were unrelated. This was all done about 2 months ago. Vehicle ran great until a few weeks ago. Now the problem is similar, but not quite the same. Most of the time it still runs well, but from time to time the vehicle will either begin to idle rough, or while driving, be very sluggish during acceleration. Also, it will sometimes just completely die without any warning. When that happens, it can be very difficult to start. The codes I'm getting are the same as before. I'm completely lost, as I thought I fixed the problem with those new sensors. I read somewhere that the problem could now be the transmission speed sensor. What can I do to fix this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated and I hope there is enough info here.

Something easy to check would be the battery connections. If they're dirty, or if the battery is weak, they can cause all kinds of problems including stalling and rough running.

Thanks for the info. I'll check that first, as I do often notice corrosion on the terminals. Never would have guessed it would cause that much of an issue.

Yeah, poor electrical connections can mess with the computer. There are other things that could be the issue, but cleaning battery connections are one of the easier and cheaper things to do/look at, so it's worth doing first.

This is also true. Did you ever reset the computer after you changed those sensors?

I went ahead and cleaned up the battery terminals/connectors. Unfortunately it didn't help any. I did in fact clear those codes when I originally replaced the sensors. I'm at a loss with this vehicle. Any other suggestions?

There is a difference between clearing the codes with say a scan tool and resetting the pcm.

Yeah clearing the codes != to resetting the computer (programmers will understand the != symbol, for others it means "not equal" )

I did not rest the PCM when the sensors were replaced. Other than disconnecting the battery for a short time, is there another way to rest it? When I cleaned up battery it was obviously disconnected for about a half hour. The stalling problem is starting to get worse and I'm Not sure I should be driving any more without fixing the problem. I've never encountered a problem this frustrating. Thanks for all your advice guys.
