Default 2001 running rough

I have a 2001 4.7 the problem I am having its misfire like crazy. It work fine all day went out to get something and it would not idle. I am getting codes 300,301 302 304 and sometimes 354and355. I change all the plugs. cyl 1,2,3,4 where dirty. the plug did not change anything. bought a new coil pack for 1 and still get the same codes. I moved the new coal pack to 2,3,4 nothing change. took out coil pack 1-4 and switch them with5-8 with no change. With truck running I unplug one coil pack at a time to see if the engine would run rougher or die. No change on cyl 1-4 but 5-8 the truck got worse so I think cyl 5-8 are fine. I unplug cyl 1 no change unplug 1and two no change unplug 1,2 and 3 no change unplug 1-4 no change at all . So it like the front four cyl are not firing right. What will cause this? I am pretty sure it get gas because I can smell it and smell it in the exhaust If I take a spark plug out and put it in one of the coil packs 1-4 I get a spark. What can be wrong.

Those are the only codes? 300 is a random misfire code, and 301, 302, 304 are misfire codes for cylinder 1, 2, and 4. I'm thinking you may have either a bad o2 sensor, camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor and it just hasn't thrown a code for it. I'm leaning toward a bad upstream o2 sensor tho. Could be wrong, but worth a shot.

AS all the codes are regarding plug firing / coil packs. I would inspect ground straps and failing that the Cam sensor. Odd though there are no other codes. Makes me think it is electrical. Have you had any work on it recently?
