So I've had a p0443 code on my 99 5.2 D for a couple weeks now and I don't know what to do now. I get 7.1 volts hey on engine off and 9 volts key on engine running across the control circuit and output terminals at the purge solenoid connector. That would lead me to believe that I have high resistance somewhere in the circuit. I have full (12.4v) battery voltage at the fuse. Control circuit terminal at solenoid connector <.5 ohms and fused output circuit to battery <.5 ohms. The resistance is well within spec but I still only have 9v.
