I bought shorty header for my Durango 5.9 ,does anyone have shortys , the bolts look pretty rusty imfraid of breaking a bolt . im prob going to take it to a shop but still scared ill have to replace the head from a broken bolt, any one do headers on there 5.2 or 5.9

 

i have been avoiding doing mine for that very reason. There currently not leaking so i figure ill let it go atleast till the spring when i splurge for a full exhaust replacement.

i would guess the usual soaking in pb blaster for a few days would aid in help to getting them all out in one piece.
