Default no signals

I have a 2001 durango. Recently the pully on th ac compressor was real loose and the belt slipped off while we were driving. the compressor and belt was changed, but now i have no turn signals and radio. my hazzard lights work and the wipers do too. we checked the fuses and all seem to be ok. is there something else we can check for ?

I would check your battery. check charge and also check your connections...

I'll go out to take a look at mine to see where the wires are running, but did the belt hit anything when it came off do you know? Obviously it's something loop specific on that wiring circuit, so something is either grounding out, or a wire has become disconnected. I'm a decent electrician, but I've never had any electrical issues with my D, but I'll look to see if there's anything I can find. If you can follow the wires to and from those specific area's, look for damages or a loose ground perhaps, this to me sounds like a very simple and cheap fix, it's just a matter of finding the issue's point of origin.

Another note, the reason the hazards would work and not the blinkers, is that somewhere along the line, there is a separate power supply for each action. I'll try to pull up a wiring diagram, but on another note, a good local mechanic might look over it and find the issue without charge. At least a good one who has good PR.
