Now you need to remove the OEM thermal clutch fan, if you tow, add an electric fan replacement. When I had my Durango, I just took it off and left it, however my Durango had an auxiliary electric fan and I also never towed anything. I still kept the fan in the back just in case it ever started getting hot. It never did, even with the Nebraska 110 degree summers.
