Have you looked up what the code means?

 

Wait for it to dry out. I had the Alt throw a code (different one) while driving in a micro-burst downpour in Abq (89 MPH winds). I had to have it towed (battery power couldn't take me all the way home), but there was no code and no problem after it dried out the next morning.
