The transmission fuse is in the PDC under the hood, should be position "F". Right smaller strip in the center'ish 2nd down. You also have a relay right side second down cavity 30.
Dependent on the transmission are different inputs. Obviously the 4.7l engines will be fully electrical whilst the others are more hydraulic/electric.
