May be best to get shackles that are designed for the Durango. I would rather have parts this fit the width than to have it "MacGuyver'd" with washers. Maybe that is just me?
Because there aren't lifting shackles for the durango. Theyre lowering shackles for chevy that lift the durango. Filling a small gap with a washer or two is far from "MacGyvering" it together. After all no dental floss or chewing gum is involved.

It works just fine. If you want cheap lift than you have no other options. It's easy to do as long as your old shackle bolts aren't rusted in like mine were. Just get some good Grade 8 materials plus some loc-tite and you're good to go. Wouldn't hurt to have a can of penetrating oil nearby either.
