Hi Guys, I am new to the forum and I just got a 99. I do not have an owners manual and half the stuff is missing off the truck. How do you get the spar tire down on this thing? Is it on a ratchet like a pick up truck? I know I should go look but my truck is in storage and I just have a list of things that is missing. I was told it did not have a jack and they could not get the spar down.

The spare tire is on a winch. There's a rubber plug in the bottom of the rear storage compartment that covers where the shaft sticks up for it. You have to use the end of the jack handle to turn it.
