The cams and flywheel are correct. Is there anything Else that could cause a no signal i did remove the negative side of battery

Try the PCM connections.

If the cams weren't aligned at TDC cylinder they could be off causing the code. Check the wiring and harnesses.

If you're sure you have the timing correct, and correct parts, then for some reason the system isn't reading the perimeters. Do a PCM reset and try again. You might need to take it in and put it on the OBD II to read it.

To reset;

Remove the negative terminal of your battery (10mm wrench).
Turn on your head lights.
Turn your ignition key to START and hold it there for about 15 seconds.
Turn your ignition key to OFF and remove it.
Turn off headlights.
Connect the negative terminal of your battery.
Start but do not hit the throttle. Idle for about 10/15 seconds then turn off.
Restart the truck and drive as usual. It will take at least 12 starts and 48 miles to fully retune the computer. Hard Codes leave a shadow for 40 full cold starts.

Well you could have a shop read it and figure out what's not reading or timed correctly. Either way good luck.
