P0340 No Cam Signal At PCM

Hopefully you removed the negative battery cable before you installed the cam sensor, if not when you plug it in it can fry it. Also you could have a bad one, so I would say take it back and replace it again this time remove the negative battery cable and secure it.

Also I see that the head was rebuilt. If the shop or you did not reinstall the correct cam lobes and installed 32 tooth instead of 16 tooth, or visa verse, it would not start.

Your PCM should have 3 plugs which would conclude you have a 16 tooth system. If it has 4 plugs then it is a 32 tooth system. The cam lobes and fly wheel need to be the same type system for the PMC to run it....aka....16 tooth cam lobes with 16 tooth fly wheel with 16 tooth PCM.

are you typing this on a phone? It seems like auto-correct is taking over.

How about keeping your posts in one thread instead of multiple threads for the same issues. Keeps the confusion down and you are more likely to get help instead of clogging up the forum with several threads for the same issues.
