well I got the right size tires on now!
I love how she feels again and looks I got the bf good wrench rugged terrains on all rims even spare. Took her for a spin she drove so much better. Then about 15 miles into my trip to my buddies brake light indicator come on and abs light on dash slowed down to pull over my peddle is to the floor check master no fluid! I am unable to find a leak but she is pooring it out somewhere. I wont be able to get to it till monday, but thats my day spent a ton of cash on tires then my brakes fail. LoL Murphy is riding me. I am hopeing to find a line that got damaged by the shop that installed my tires and get it fixed then bleed the entire system.
The line to the rear brakes, the one that goes up on top of the fuel tank is common to rust and fail at this age... My former neighbors line failed while he was coming home from work on the highway at 65 MPH as he slowed (or tried to) for the exit ramp. He was then able to safely coast to the shoulder and use the e-brake to stop. I personally replaced all my brake lines before i had a failure.
The proportioning valve is supposed to stop the fluid from all escaping from either the front or the back if a line breaks. That's why the master cylinders have had separate reservoirs for the front and back since 1969 I believe.
well looked at it today with a big flashlight and there nothing leaking at the unions- (not compression fittings just were the metal lines meet the hoses) of the brake hoses or the wheel cylinders. As far as simple feel and look gives me. I will tear into it Monday. Only place that looks like there may be a leek is the I think it is called the abs valve block it is dripping right out of that completely dry master has been refilled twice it is gonna be fun to bleed it all out lol. Thank god for rear perportioning valves. this give me some rear brakes not much. Enough to get it were I need to go to get her fixed.

Well an update guys to my D first of all she is set now. She blew both rear metal lines that feed the rear break hoses so I replaced those and then replaced all the others to make her have all new brake lines so no worries. I used the new copper ones as I dont have to worry about them rusting again. Not cheap but will last longer than the nuts that hold them into the system. So freshy lines and fluid in her next coolant flush and new idler and tensioner and serpentine belt. I think then she will be ready for winter.

BF Good Wrench rugged terrains are awesome. I went into some really sloppy mudd yesterday. Had no problems other than I need to put mud flaps on the front because it was slinging chunks all over herself. LoL it was awesome the tires are great on wet roads not to loud either. Obviously they are not passenger tire smooth on the road but plenty smooth enough for their function. I even have my 70 dollar rebate mastercard back from them.
