how come my slt came with 17 inch rims?

how come my slt came with 17 inch rims?
i dont understand i though stock was 16 for slt's , and i think that 17 inch is causing my 265/70/17 tire to rub at corner of the bumper.

Have you confirmed they are stock rims or are they the R/T rims?

They have to be R/T rims. The only options were 15 and 16" I believe.

Stock tire size on the R/T is P275/60SR-17

The 275 size is pretty uncommon anymore, 265/65r17 would be better fit than what you have now I'd think.
