i have a 2000 5.9 dodge durango

i had a miss aspark plug melted to the exhaust manifold , bought new plugs started it up i heard a knock , got it towed to a shop . no knock when to take it for a test drive no 1st 2nd 3rd or 0d, just reverse and says its throwing alot of transmission codes . i feel like im at loss , it never shifted funny never sliped ,no clucks clicked delayes . perfect shifing since this issue and that my alt fuse blew before which made me bring it to the shop the first time

Bad alternator? which could after the PCM? Shot in the dark, but I have read about the Alternator failure affecting the PCM and making things act weird.

Unplug the 8 pin connector on the transmission and see if you can manually go throw the gears.. 1,2,D and of course you won't have OD. If you can then its something electrical.

You can also hook up a 300 psi gauge in the line pressure port and see if you have line pressure.
