This morning my window on the passenger side was frozen but I kept trying to role it down till i could hear something pop....pretty sure it fell off the track...

Anyway after a wile driving to work I could hear road noises more and more as the window became un-frozen then the window dropped down 1/2" from the top. I tried to role it up and all I can hear is the motor and rack going up and down I think...

How do I fix this and how will I know if that is all is that if fell off the track

Please help asap as its going to snow and I don't want my daughter to get cold in the car.

 

You will have to remove the door panel and inspect the window. Can't tell you how to fix it until you find out whats wrong.

 

But if i can hear the motor and the rack moving up and down wouldnt that mean its just the window that came off the track?

 

Could be, but you will have to remove the door panel to see if it is.
