I have and 2002 durango, ran fine friday, friday night went to a friends for 20 min. left the truck running, came out and it had died...really cold here and i put 3 bottles of heat in the half full tank, no luck...it sat over night and still no luck, even tried starting fluid, it would run with fluid but not on its own....husband is out of town working and im trying to figure this out any idea??.....I also took off gas cap and had a friend turn on key and i cant hear anything so im assuming bad pump??

 

that sounds like a bad fuel pump, try banging on the bottom of the fuel tank to see if it will kick on, sometimes this works at least long enough to get home.

you should also check the fuel pump relay under the hood, and the fuel pump fuse, also under the hood.

 

relay under the hoods is clicking....dont know which one is fuse...can i have a hint?....not sure what all the abreviations are

 

not sure, youd hvae to check the schematic on the lid of the fuse box, it sould all the labelled on the sticker.
