Cool Here's another turn signal issue

I have 99 Durango 5.9L 4x4 Tranny Not sure.
Recently I replaced all turn signals, brake, side, markers, and running bulbs and put all L e d's. Replaced the flasher with an electronic L e d compatible flasher. Variable load. All was fine till this last weekend. Now when I turn the blinker on, left or right they all flash, like they should if I had turned on the emergency flasher. The rear license plate bulb also flashes. But when I turn on the headlights or just the parking lights, they (blinkers) work just fine both directions. I've check all the fuses and had the relays check there all good. With out thinking I did hook up my trailer which still has the factory bulbs.

The problem is stray currents leaving the leds because of their significantly lower resistance. You've got a few options here, 1) go back to regular incandescent bulbs, 2) install load resistors in parallel with the leds, and 3) rewire all the leds so that they have their own grounds. I stuck with option 1 myself because I never got around to ordering resistors for option 2.

Or looking for a way to sell some blinker fluid on the side.

I took the LED's out and put back the original bulbs, Blinkers work as they should.
I thank you, much appreciated. Looks like I'm gonna end up using the resistors, after I find a good location for them. Bought the LED's might as well use them. Again Thanks.
