2001 Dodge Durango 4.7 Neutral Safety Switch Location
I am having problem with my reverse lights. Very rarely they come on. the fuse is fine and the bulbs are fine. The only thing i can think of is the neutral safety switch, but i cant find it anywhere . i even dropped the tranny pan and still dont see it.. i have a 2001 dodge durango 4.7lt magnum... any help on this would be greatly aprreciated..
The range indication switch, or whatever its called in the 45rfe, should be working then. I'd check the grounds at the tail lights as well as the conctacts on the bulb holders.
Where can i find the grounds for the tail lights.. Someone else mentioned that also.. im sure i have to pull apart some of the panels in the rear.. Would you know where they are? I aprreciate your help....
Not sure exactly where they would be. You should be able to find that in the fsms though. They're at the bottom of the diy section here: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...ers-faq-s.html
I checked The DIY, wasnt helpful.. i guess i have to take off the panels and follow the witeing harness till it branches off to the ground
