Default Door adjustment and or alignment on 2000 Durango

Does anyone know how to adjust the rear doors on a 2000 Durango? Replaced all the doors on my Durango because of deer damage. Left the old hinges on assuming no adjustments would be needed. Two doors fit fine, the other two not so good. Front door has to move forward at top. I think I can do this by loosening the bolts on front hinge where it attaches to body. One rear door has to move forward at least 1/4". Loosened bolts but door won't budge. There is a stud coming out of hinge. Looks like it's screwed thru hinge. Can't tell if it's anchored into body. There's no head to remove it from the outside. Thanks

The service manual mentions marking the hinge to remove it so it should be somewhat adjustable. Here's a link to the service manuals: https://www.mediafire.com/?xu9h0gt9bdcn6

Thanks for the reply. Appreciate the links to the manuals. Lot of useful info there. I'm going to try and access the inside of hinge but don't think it's going to move with taht stud thru it.
