I have a '99 Durango SLT and the front passenger window does not work. I checked that the switch is getting power and that it works.
According to all the Youtube videos I've seen, the window needs to be in the down position to get at the bolts that unclamp the glass before removing the regulator and motor. So this may be a dumb question, but how do I lower the window? Do I just try to force it down? It there a bypass that will allow the regulator to move up and down?
